Changing facility in Admin Portal

Change Student Category to Hosteller/Day Scholar or remove an availed facility

Introduction:

As we all know Admissions and related work are a laborious process. Different departments need to work together in this process. To overcome this hassle, we have come up with the Administration portal which is designed to simplify and curtail various time-consuming admissions-related works. The document illustrates how to change the student category to Hosteller or Day Scholar or remove an availed facility.

Getting Started:

1. Open an internet browser (Recommended to use Google Chrome)

2. Type https://my.amrita.edu/ and click enter

3. Login with your Amrita email id and password.

4. Click ADMIN portal.


5. Click on the Students tab.

6. Go to the student’s list.

7. Search for the student who requested for category change.


8) In the student profile, Go to the payment option.


9) In the Payment tab, the payments made by the student can be viewed.

10) To make the student a hosteler, click on the hostel facility option and enter the required details, or to make the student a bus facility user, click on the bus facility tab and enter the required details.


11) To add a hostel facility, Provide the required details.


12) If the bus facility is required, click on the bus facility and add the boarding point along with the necessary details.

13) To delete any availed facility or to change the existing facility, click on the delete button and add the required facility change needed if any.
